Privacy Policy
Effective
This Privacy Policy explains how Domino Marketing Ltd. ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit couponsidekick.com (the "Site"). It also explains the choices and rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and other US state privacy laws.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Domino Marketing Ltd., 45 Rothschild Blvd, Tel Aviv, Israel. Contact us about privacy at hello@couponsidekick.com.
2. Information we collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and the Site has no sign-up forms. We collect:

We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we don't collect payment information.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Site
- To measure how our ads perform, including which ads lead to visits and to people getting products we recommend
- To show you relevant ads on other websites (remarketing), unless you opt out
- To answer your messages
- To detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, tags and similar technologies to remember information across pages and measure ad performance. When enabled, the Site uses the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) for conversion measurement and remarketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of ad tags on the Site through Your Privacy Choices.
We also use the browser's session storage to keep ad click details (described above) only while your browser tab is open, so they can be passed to our affiliate partner if you click through.
5. Google Ads
Google may use cookies and identifiers to measure ad clicks and conversions and to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of many third-party ad networks at optout.aboutads.info.
6. Affiliate links
When you click a link to get the Capital One Shopping extension, you pass through a tracking link run by our affiliate network, Perform[cb], before reaching the browser extension store. That link carries the ad click information described above so the network can credit us if you get the extension. It doesn't carry your name, email or other contact details. Perform[cb], the browser extension store and Capital One Shopping each have their own privacy policies, which govern what they collect. 7. How we disclose information
- Service providers that host and deliver the Site (for example, Cloudflare)
- Advertising partners (Google) for ad measurement and remarketing
- Affiliate partners (Perform[cb]) to credit referrals, as described above
- Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and prevent fraud
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
8. "Selling" and "sharing" of personal information
We don't sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Google Ads tag for remarketing may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising," under California and other state laws. In the past 12 months, the categories involved were identifiers, internet activity and approximate location, disclosed to Google. You can opt out at any time on Your Privacy Choices.
Global Privacy Control: We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. When the Site detects GPC, it doesn't load ad tags.
Do Not Track: Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, the Site doesn't respond to them. We do honor GPC as described above.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with similar laws, you may have the right to:
- Know or access the personal information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email hello@couponsidekick.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you're exercising. Because we don't hold accounts, information we collect is mostly tied to cookies and device identifiers, so we may ask for details that help us match your request to our records. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy appeal," and we'll respond within the time required by law.
10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Ad click and analytics records are generally kept for up to 26 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.
11. Protecting information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, so we can't promise absolute protection.
12. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
13. International visitors
We are based in Israel, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. The Site is intended for visitors in the United States.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, post a notice on the Site.
