These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of couponsidekick.com (the "Site"), operated by Domino Marketing Ltd., 45 Rothschild Blvd, Tel Aviv, Israel ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site publishes general information about shopping and savings tools. Content is provided for general information only. It isn't financial, legal or professional advice, and it isn't an offer or promise of any particular savings or result.
2. Third-party products and links
The Site links to products and websites run by others, including Capital One Shopping, the Chrome Web Store and our affiliate network. We don't control and aren't responsible for those products, websites or their terms, privacy practices, availability or content. Your use of any third-party product is governed by that third party's own terms. Product features, availability and Rewards are set by the product owner and may change without notice.
3. Affiliate relationships
We may receive compensation when you take certain actions through links on the Site. See our Advertising Disclosure.
4. Accuracy
We work to keep content accurate and up to date, and we date our pages. Even so, information can change, and we don't warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free. If you spot an error, please tell us at hello@couponsidekick.com.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's original text, design and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or scrape the Site's content without our written permission. Capital One Shopping and other third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products; their use doesn't mean those owners operate this Site.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, using automated means to generate clicks or traffic, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR WEBSITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US$100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. This doesn't deprive you of any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
